Why KWB

When players become a part of the KWB family, they experience our unique environment that develops the person first and the player second. We wake up everyday wanting to help players with their purpose and process, while at the same time never taking for granted the opportunity to get to know how someone thinks.

We aim to speak your language and create a plan that maximizes your mindset and swing. We try to be the best listener in order to completely understand what the hitter’s strengths and weaknesses are. We then take that information and begin to formulate a plan to maximize the hitter’s ability and potential at the plate.

We enjoy pushing hitters to think in order to truly develop. The ultimate goal is to “Know Thyself.” By putting the onus on the player, we aim to show them how to take ownership of their swing, approach and ultimately their career.

If you feel we can be of benefit to you and your career, feel free to contact me to discuss how we can help.
